By accessing or using Nyx (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Nyx provides automation software for Drakensang Online. The Service includes a downloadable client application, a web-based dashboard, and related features accessible through your account.
3. Account & License
Each user is granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software for the duration of their active subscription. Licenses are tied to a single hardware identifier (HWID). Sharing, reselling, or distributing your account or license is strictly prohibited.
4. Payment & Refunds
All payments are made in cryptocurrency and are non-refundable. License durations stack when additional payments are made. We are not responsible for overpayments, incorrect wallet addresses, or transaction fees.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility with future game updates, or that your game account will remain unaffected.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Nyx or its developers be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to game account suspensions, bans, or data loss.
7. Use at Your Own Risk
You acknowledge that using third-party automation tools may violate the Terms of Service of Drakensang Online. By using Nyx, you accept full responsibility for any consequences to your game account.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
